3. Sensitive Health Information

Health details you share with us are treated as confidential. We use them only to program safely for you and to make in-session adjustments. We keep contact and program records for as long as you are an active client and afterward for the period required by tax, insurance, and legal obligations. Health and intake information is kept for the duration of your participation plus the retention period required by our insurer. Marketing contacts are kept until you unsubscribe.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including access controls, password protection, and reputable third party providers who maintain their own security standards. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.
